Dress up, put your hat on and join us for a parade of wonderful treats at San Antonio’s first traditional Bed & Breakfast. Pampering guests since 1986. 

Our beautiful Victorian home is located in the heart of the King William Historic District in San Antonio.

This month, we are thrilled to feature our delicious 𝐋𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬, made with our premium 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒈’𝒔 𝑳𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒍 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒚 blend infused with the subtle, floral flavor of French Provence lavender petals.

Afternoon tea experience is served in our veranda or dining room located on the second floor. 

Note: The house it is an Historic building it does not have handicap accessibility.

• 1 Teapot per guest (16 oz.) of our Selection of Brackenridge House Luxury Loose Leaf Tea:

Queen’s English breakfast, King’s Earl Grey, King’s Traditions Lavender Earl Grey,

Royal Wedding Blend, Prince’s Blueberry Tea, Royal's Ginger Peach Tea,

King’s Favorite Earl Grey, Queen’s Oolong Orange Blossom, Princess of Roses,

• 1 Freshly Baked Seasonal Scone and 5 home baked desserts per guest:

French Macarons, Seasonal Cookies, Chocolate Berry Trifle and Traditional English Wafers. 

• Fresh Fruit.

• 4 Delicate Finger Sandwiches per guest: 

Black Forest Ham & Swiss Cheese with Cream on white, Black Forest Ham and Swiss Cheese on Wheat,

Cucumber and Cream Cheese on wheat, 

Egg Salad on wheat and Chicken Salad croissant.

• A complimentary glass of sparkling wine or champagne (guests 21 and older) and 1 voucher for a free visit to Villa Finale Museum & Gardens ($10 value).
