Brackenridge House offers the perfect setting for an authentic Victorian Afternoon Tea. Our beautiful Victorian mansion is located in the heart of the King William Historic District in San Antonio’s Southtown. Built in 1901, it is San Antonio’s first traditional Bed & Breakfast, pampering guests since 1986.

King’s Favorite Earl Grey, Queen’s Oolong Orange Blossom, Princess of Roses,
Dragon’s Kingdom, Prince’s Favorite Vanilla Chai, Sleepy Princess Herbal Infusion,
Queen’s Wellness Beauty and Skin Golden Glow, Queen’s Wellness Relaxation Raspberry Lemon Verbena.
Freshly Homebaked Scones and Pastries 1 of each per guest:

4 Delicate Finger Sandwiches per guest:
Black Forest Ham & Swiss Cheese with Cream on white,

Reservations
Reservations are required at least 2 days in advance.

No booking fees when reserve by phone . Price does not include gratuity.

Advance Payment and Non-Refundable Reservations
Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
Every seat requires a reservation; we do not allow extra visitors or observers regardless of age.
Since our sitting is limited and we will hold the seat for you, refunds are not applicable for any/or all cancellations.
Changes or any modifications are not allowed, including name, date or time. There are no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
Sitting Time and 90 Minute Experience.
Our traditional Afternoon Tea is a 90 minute experience.
To allow us to reset the tables for the next setting, guests must remain withing their 90 minute reservation window.
~ We seat your entire tea party together at your exact seating time. We start serving you even if your party is not complete.
~ You are welcome to relax in our front porch until your tea time begins. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate you before your exact tea time.
Children and Celebrations
~ While we adore children, our home and tea experience is best suited for guests ages 10 and up.
~ If you like to celebrate a birthday, baby shower, or special event, we are happy to host a private party so your group can celebrate without disturbing other guests.
Accessibility and Pets
Afternoon tea experience is served in our veranda or dining room located on the second floor.
The Brackenridge House is an Historic building it does not have handicap accessibility.
We do not allow pets.
